I was actually going to name my son Brooklyn. No nickname. Is that wierd? i like different names for boys instead of the regular Johns, Brandons, Michaels.........But for a girl....Yea i would call her brooke

I went to HS with a girl named Brook. If the kid was younger though, I'd ask her parents if they minded out of respect.
