Here's a couple of tips... When playing in a pick up game tell yourself that you are going to go left the whole game. Use your left as much as you can. Another thing you can do is dribble constantly with you left... If you can't commit to that then tie your right hand behind your back. Hope this helps!

Practice a lot. If it helps one day I busted my thumb on my right hand. I wanted to shoot so bad so I went to the court but was forced to only use my left hand. I had to use it for everything, dribbleing, catching, shooting. My right hand was basically there to brace and not do anything more than that due to it being painful. Of course I'm not saying I can bury jumpers while shooting left handed. I can, however, make layups and put backs near the basket left handed. If you ever break any fingers on your right hand then you have a good excuse to dribble left handed.

practice. go to the park and ONLY dribble with your left hand. After one hour, you will be able to do it for the rest of your life.

dont ever doubt yourself. just constantly dripple with your left hand. just do it like about 100 bounces and then try switching back and forth. sit down in a chair or so and dribble with just the left. itll work.

Practice.....dribble only with your left-and do your everyday things with your left hand instead of your right-like eating with your left hand......Just do things with your left hand that you arent used to doing!!

Its easy son, don't use your right hand its not rocket science, put your right behind your back and dribble exclusively with your left.

do everything with your left hand one day...try your best not to use your right. this way, it actives a vortex in your brain to simultaniously do multiple things with your left, which youll get used to doing, so practicing will be esier, and just practice all sorts of things with you left.but shower with both of you hands....
