In fact the Moors were long gone before Beethoven was even born. Their last stronghold in Spain surrendered on January 2, 1492.

His father was Jan Van Beethoven, born in March 1740 at Bonn
Died December 18th 1792. His portrait doesn't look Moorish.
The website listed below doesn't mention any Moorish ancestors.
