Well.. getting around 8 hours of sleep is a start. Go to bed about an hour after you get off work and sleep until 1:00 p.m. Get some things done that need to be done and you should be ready to roll off to work. Being consistant in your sleep habits will help you get done with chores etc. Forget the things you mentioned above. Those are habits that will not benefit you in the least. When you go to bed close the curtins, shut off the phone.

NO what you need is to sleep. Any drugs at this time would make things worse. After work go to bed and sleep. Just that simple... or you will damage your health so bad you could die, worse yet, be driving and kill someone and that someone could be me. So be a brain and go to sleep... like the time between 5 am to 7:30 pm. I have been working that shift for over 30 years. So grow up and sleep. And not on the job.

You should be in bed sleeping now so get off the computer and go to bed and get some sleep. Many people work the night shift and sleep some during the day so do it. I worked graveyard shift for 18 years and loved it. Get off the computer and go to bed.

sleep. sleep is the only thing that can cure this. get off the computer and get into bed. and get a black out shade for your room so it will be dark. this will help.
drugs won't do anything. you need sleep.

I went to the bar with human beings from paintings. Stayed until eventually it closed and neglected paintings this morning. i think like an alcoholic loser now...ingesting my great pepsi with a great number of ice.

cocaine. if you are not into illegal drugs, what i used to do when i worked overnights is this. get a big gulp cup from a gas station. fill it half full of coffee and half full of cold water. then, shotgun it. that will put about 4 cups of coffee into your system at one time. in about 5 minutes, you'll have so much caffeine going through you that you will be awake. then, in about 30 minutes, you'll have to pee. both of those will keep you awake fairly well.
