Some Of The Worst Endings: Empire (with John Leguizamo). Layer Cake. Old Yeller.- my husband is still traumatized. Mystic River.- because everyone seems to get screwed. Million Dollar Baby. Blow. Some Of The Best Endings: Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind. Taken. Love Actually. Dead Poet's Society. Good Will Hunting.

An Officer and A Gentleman. I'm very much a traditionalist. But, I also believe in teaching our girls to achieve on their own. The ending of this movie shows her dream coming true: A pilot comes and sweeps her off her feet and carries her off to a new life.
It would be better if she figured out how to make a better life for herself and got the love of the pilot - or someone else - in the bargain.
Other than that, I like this movie.

I did not like the ending of the movie AI (Artificial Intelligence). But I think I may be the only person who actually saw that movie... so I guess everyone else heard in advance!
I also did not like the ending of The Great Escape. But that was based a true story, so I can't hold it against them.

If you get a copy of "The Birds" with the extra features, you can watch the other ending that was filmed but not released.

Dr. T and the Women not only had the worst ending but was
one of the worst movies ever made. It really had no ending.

I just saw "Children of Men" and the ending was awful! They poured sooo much detail into the movie and then...it's like they said, "wow were over budget - I guess that's the end" and the screen goes blank.
At least the popcorn was good...

This vampire movie called The Brotherhood. Everyone strips down to their whitie tighties to perform a weird ritual were they are supposed to kill a guy, then they spontaniously start spazzing out, then die- but they are still breathing. There is not even an investigation into their death.
