All you need to do is go to YOUR neighbourhood community center and ask when the open time (when the gymnasium hasn't been rented out for organized sports) in the gym happens.

-shovel off your driveway and play there
-find a nearby YMCA, community center, or outdoork park. Repeat the first if necessary.
-go to a nearby school and find out when they have open gym
-join your school's team. Don't complain about not having time because you won't have a lot of time for the rest of your life, so make the most of it.
