According to the BMI or body mass index... you are about ten pounds overweight. However, since you are a wresteler you probably have a lot of lean muscle mass, and as such a few pounds over on the BMI is REALLY ok. As far as eating a lot, you are 13! Your body is going through a lot of changes, and needs a lot of fuel to do so. Keep it healthy, and keep up the hard work!

Sounds just healthy for now. Bordering on overweight.

[1] Beware of "Calories from Fat" on labels. Calories are good, but too many from Fat are bad.

[2] Follow the "suggested serving size" on cookies, frozen packaged meals, chips, boxed dinners, canned soup, ice cream, etc.

[3] Make the switch to lower-fat or half-fat versions of your favorite junk foods. (Even Pringles and Lays have chips like this)

[4] TRY to ALWAYS have a fruit or salad before junk, then you're a little filled up so you won't overdo it.

[5] Stick with lighter meat, like chicken and certain types of fish (tuna, salmon). They can be cooked and baked and grilled in so many delightful ways.

I do not think you are over weight. You are in the right weight range. Since you are 13, you are still growing. It is not a good time trying to lose weight. Girls like men with strong muscles and well built.

I'd put you at about thirty pounds overweight. But, at 13, and into wrestling, I would not suggest specific action to reduce your weight -- but don't get any heavier, unless you get taller.

your not over weight, trust me. im 15 and im 6' 2 and i weigh like 190...most of the guys at my high skool (even thin ones) weight like 180-210. so your normal
