If a Charge represents the Energy load of a Particle ,does that mean a neutron has no energy content?

The charge tells you how much energy is stored in the electric field that surrounds the particle. Neutrons have no electric field. But they have other kinds of energy.
Actually a neutron carries even more energy then a proton, that's why it has more mass.
