I am not sure whether you are talking retail or wholesale. Of course, a retail computer would be clean, it would have a clean operating system that would be updated. A very big issue is that MS Office a trial version or the full version. A trial version is worth zero. The full version of MS Office, however, if it had never been installed on another computer (so that it could be activated) would cost MORE than the entire computer is worth.
Office 2007, full version, would cost about $400 new. Keep that in mind. Without Office, this computer would be worth about
$250 retail if it were clean and in great condition, and you were willing to deliver it and set it up AND give a 90 day hardware warranty. Deduct for scratches, noises, dents, equipment that does not work perfect, etc. You could add about $50 for the full version of Office, as used software is never going to be worth anything near the value of new software. Remember, if you sold it at this retail price, you would be buying new equipment to replace the old if anything failed for the first 90 days.
You could also sell this computer wholesale to someone like me, in "AS IS" condition, with no warranties, etc. Wholesale its worth about $50.
As far as "New" this is NOT a new computer..no one is selling these new anymore. But if you are asking what did it once cost when it was new, this computer probably sold for about $600 when it was new and had a manufacture's one year warranty, more with a two or three year extended warranty.
If you "ordered" this computer, you could expect to pay an additional $100 or more for shipping and handling. If that really WAS a 25 inch Flat screen monitor, it would be worth more and cost more. I agree that is likely a typo, and the above assumes it is a 15 in monitor.

Windows XP OEM - $65 to $85
Labtec webcam - $20 to $45
microsoft Office 2007 $150 to $680
Lexmark X1270 $50
Labtech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse $20 to $40
Can't find such a thing as a 25" tft monitor but 15" monitors are $89 to $200
The bt voyager is only of value if you can use it. the modems are for sale under $100
as for the rest of the computer, it would depend on the shape of it and other factors. A 1.3 processor is older and 512 MB of ram is under that which is called for to install Win Vista.
despite the added total of the package, you need to consider it is used.

Is that what your buying? If so... your going to be going pretty slow. My laptop is at the same speed and it is 5 years old. I wouldn't pay over 250... And I see you have a typo in those specs too.... I don't think it should say 25" monitor believe you meant 15"
Buy a Dell... then you have a NEW system for around 450 bux
