I am 36 weeks and am currently dialated to a 2. I am having contractions every 2-5 minutes, but my cervix isn't wanting to change what do I do?

i know it sounds gross, but try sticking your fingers inside yourself and streching yourself. (this also helps with contractions)

TAKE A HOT SHOWER.
Aim the water on your chest. The hot water provides nipple stimulation and can speed up the process.

Also, aim it on your lower back, to help with the contractions.

lots of walking & sex!!!
also when i was in labour the midwife kept sitting me on the toilet so i was squating this helps the babies head come onto the cervix which should help you dilate quicker

walk start walking so the baby will sink lower thereby dilating u. worked for both my kids

walk..walk..walk
have lots of sex (if your doctor says its okay)
try squatting if you can..
