Well, if you are a girl, it could be your period. But just a regular stomach cramp could just be something you ate. Maybe you ate it too quickly and your stomach is just trying to digest the food. Also the bacteria in your intestines could be getting irritated and cause some cramps.

If you're talking about menstrual cramps they are from the uterus contracting to expel the blood.
