Certainly to say "relax" isn't a strict cure, but it can come easier if you know your audition material as well as you know your own name spelled backwards. BTW, you aren't so unique in your feelings.
I do have a quote however, and difficult to digest or not, it is valid. "Never Stress before the fact. It's energy wasted."
Also be aware that you aren't auditioning in front of a packed house of 3000 plus audience members. Nervousness is expected by those who judge you, in any "competition", but it will detract from an attempt to show them your Natural Stage Presence, as it relates to IF you GET the PART.
Everyone eventually acquires and works on their own techniques, so you may not get any WRONG answers here, and perhaps can practice using various methods.
As I mentioned, first and foremost is to know the material without a thought as to the next word. Second; Dress appropriately (For Success) but comfortably to you, as that will add distractions if you dress in something you aren't comfy in.
Be well groomed in every detail, without going over the top. A wisp of hair in your face, or looking at fingernails not so neat will take away from your "Presence"
In your introduction be humble, without acting desperate, and remember to breathe.
Depending on the specific monologue choice, avoid getting too heavy into character unless the context calls for some animation and gesturing. That said however, don't be so monotone or quiet that you can hear some judge snoring. (smile)
Finally, and with all due respect, DO NOT be offended in any rejection. It isn't a "personal" attack, and may in fact be a lesson, used the next time.
You have two weeks to polish your "act" Certainly more time than a Live soap opera star has. One trick you will have suggested I bet, is focus on a POINT, and deliver your monologue. While that might work on Broadway, with footlights keeping the view of the audience unclear; in an audition your contact visually should be directed at those judging you, unless, again, some "action" in the delivery is involved. They want to know you can ACT unafraid, even when you ARE.

Basically its the same ol same ol. DONT forget to breath, make sure that you think positive about it if you think your going to bomb than you most likely are but if you are confident in yourself then you have a good chance in succeeding . Don't worry about the competition of others and what they are doing, make sure you be you and "do your thing". Practice makes perfect but on the last day before auditions make sure you take a break, relax your nerves, watch a movie where things blow up if you have to. Give your brain a break, even the greatest minds of the past did this. (Einstein for example when he had a problem, would watch something mind numbing to take his mind off it and soon after the answer came) REMEMBER Confidence is the key!! and always do YOUR best and make sure its what YOU want and is not for anyone else.

Steven pretty much covered everything. I will just add that practice makes perfect. The more auditions you go on the more comfortable you'll be become. In high school I had such bad stage fright that I forgot my lines during the show. I have since gone on to receive my degree in Theatre and I was a finalist in the Method Film Festival Acting competition. So I am proof that you CAN beat stage fright!

bring a friend to the audition with you. play around and keep the mood light before you go up, because that will help you be who you are instead focusing to intently and psyching yourself out. Acting is fun, so keep it that way. If you get fidgety when your nervous put a penny in your shoe, so you can use your toes to play with it. by doing that your hands won't fidget and you look perfectly calm, even when your not.
