They have blank white cards at walmart, get some red paper a decorated paper cutter, cut down it so it has a pattern on one edge, then buy a card of valentine stickers. I am making my own family birthday cards this year, and I am having fun at it, email me if you are interested in my sending you a picture idea of what I am making......

Look thru valentine sales or ads and cut out a few valentine pictures that catch your eye. Decoupage each cut out on a card until it is completely covered. Add anything you may want like a favorite picture etc. Use decorative scissors to cut the edging. It's a great one of a kind card that will be treasured.
