I'd have to say The Passion was the best I've seen... it was so intense.
As for what I'd like to see made into a movie, I'd have to say Revelations - I know they already did that (the Left Behind movies) but I'd like to see it made well... the ones they made were low budget and not all that good!!!

Ben-Hur, the Messenger (story of Joan of Arc), and the 10 Commandments are the best.
The Passion was just a two-hour snuff film of a guy getting the crap beaten out of him.

I haven't seen much religious movies, but when I saw "Joan of arc" I really got impressed. I was almost a child (rather 7,8 years ago) and I could'nt get rid of the inspirations after watching it...! I was struggling for about a week after watching Joan of Arc, just trying to forget her misery and innocense, but still, after many years, I haven't been able to lessen the impact... ( I believe the name was somewhat different, "The Messenger" maybe, but the theme was the life of Joan of Arc.)

The Story of Ruth, It is based on the story of Ruth, which is one of my favorite books of the bible. It is bit corny what do you expect for 1960,but it is an enduring tale of spitual love and personal loyalty.
