I just watched the video of Punksatwnie (mispelling) Phil at the announcment on Feb 2, it was 7am and that crowd seemed to be pretty rowdy, what goes on in Pa. the night before (or all night)?

Hey, it's the one day when Punxatawnie gets national/international media attention w folks in town from all over the place.

Everyone wants to be a part of the excitement & (maybe) be on TV, or get interviewed.

Besides, folks in Pa don't need much of an excuse to party!!
