Pat's Pizza on Sheffield near Belmont in Chicago. Hands down the best pizza in existence. Sadly there's nothing like that in Vegas. If only I could teleport. (sigh)

I can name two places. The first is J&S Pizza in Natrona Heights, PA. They have the best sicilian pizza ever and there thin crust is great too. I grew up on the stuff and everytime I go home, I make sure to visit there. The second place is Luigi's pizza in Charlotte, NC. There are not very many places here in the south that you can get good pizza at other than the chains, i.e. Pizza Hut, Dominoes and Papa Johns. Luigi's and J&S both have homemade hand tossed crust nowaways that is so hard to find.

I agree---Lou Malnati's is great. As a former resident of Chicago, I can think of a bunch of places that I really liked: Gino's East, Chicago's Pizza, Connie's, Giordano's, Home Run Inn, D'Agostino's, and the list goes on.

Outside of Chicago, I have a hard time finding pizza that I truly like! I end up at California Pizza Kitchen a lot, but that's good for gourmet style pizza, not traditional meat, cheese, sauce stuff.

In Seattle, Pagliacci's is the best.

In Reno, give JJ's Pie Co. a try. If they still give you honey to dip your crust in, try it! Yum!

The best pizza I've ever had was Ray's Pizza on 8th Avenue in Manhattan. It's awesome! This is true NYC-style pizza.

Filippi's in San Diego. They have the best italian food Ive EVER had and the pizzas are fantastic. When my family comes in from out of twon its always the first place they want to go. The atmosphere is great to, but the pizzas...mmmm Thick crust, dough has a bit of a beer taste to it, sauce just spicy enough, big melty heaps of mozzarella....their own homemade pepperoni. Mmmm...getting hungry here!
