I just received a W-2 yesterday, so some employers may (negligently) be sending them out late. But I would say call the employer and ask for it. If you still don't recieve it, report your income from that employer on a Form 4852.

Call the payroll department at the company and they will let you know the status. I would hope you got it by now.
If you get a hard time, just be nice and tell them you need to contact the IRS about how you need to go forward:)
