It's the follow-on to Major Tom ie Space oddity.He's come back from being strung out in space but now he's gone mad.That's why you see him at the end in a strait jacket tied up & talking to his mom ( he's imagining it).He had one trip too many.Still the coolest vid of the 80's tho!!

i thought it was when a junkie gets high somebody else feels the low.was major tom a drug dealer or a class A drug, or a hard man not to be messed about with.a bit of phycosis i think.
