what different between 'leader' and 'manager' ???

a manager has been given authority through position where as a leader has natural authority

They are both considered lower level mgmt. However the leader will work alot closer with the crew and report to the manager. Most leaders are an example based employee with good character and stand out over others.They might get a few extra perks in there wages.

Managers continue in making sure that everything is up and running by compaing reports. Ex. profits, amt. of product, control buisiness operations......

The leader is the source of the ideas; the manager ensures that these are implemented as per the leader's specifications.

In other words, whereas the leader is the 'thinker', the manager reflects the thinker's thoughts.

A leader is a visionary on a timetable.

A manager allocates tasks to the right people and trains / recruits people to ensure that they have the right mix of capabilities and skills to discharge their responsibility.
