Some people have that weird thing of knowing what it is they want to tell or explain, but can't find the right words to do so.I am very good at explaining things, because i can reason very well, and my thoughts never wander all over the place:I can stay focused.
Maybe that is your problem.
Just a wild guess
Sorry,if I am wrong here
Greetings:Blue stupid avatar.

Yes dear I do. But, if your issue is that you have trouble articulating at all, then I recommend the following for practice:
- write down what you want to say.
- leave the note alone for a while and come back to it later.
- Later, read it. Does it still make sense to you? If not, why?
- Change the thought until it reads better. You may have to walk away from it several times.
- As you review the note think about why it didn't make sense. This will help you realize why you aren't communicating effectively.
There may be several reasons. I've met many people who do what I call "talking backward". They start a thought/story somewhere in the middle and realize they have to back up and explain something else in order for people to understand them. They back up so many times that you hear the sotry backwards, and can't make heads or tails of it. Is this you?
I've met other people who talk in "blames" in other words they're frustrated about something, they can't admit that they themselves are their problem so they make lame attempts at blaming outside factors for their frustration. Since the blames are not effective, their communication comes off inarticulate. Example: Well, I'd be a better person if I made more money, cause having more money would mean I could change myself better. - This statement makes no snse, and no one will buy it.
Just think about when you miscommunicate, and what the other persons response is. Maybe you talk too much and the other person is a reader's digest kind of communciator so they stop listening al together because you can't get to your point.
Best of luck to you. I hope you get the answer your looking for soon.

Actually, my husband is like that. He will talk to me FOREVER and I can't understand what he's trying to say. He's been that way his whole life. Everyone that ever met him cannot understand what he is trying to say, or what he feels.
Some people just don't know how to communicate effectively. It isn't a fault, and it doesn't mean they are stupid. It's just the way that they are. A lot of lefties have this problem, as a matter of fact.
He was a leftie, but his hand was burned, and he had to have a skin graph. Now he uses his right hand, which confuses his train of thought even more.
Anyhoo, try writing down what you are trying to explain. It usually helps him, and me!

yeah, im always sayin "oh, f*** it" in the middle of stories because no one gets what im trying to say. Unbelievably frustrating.
You should try writing and reading on a regular basis, it will help expand your vocabulary and get a better handle on the language.

I think you explained what you were trying to say pretty well. I understood what you were trying to say. Don't be so hard on yourself. I think most of us have problems explaining ourselves sometimes.
