acceleration is a result of unbalanced force & time appears inversly proportional to it.

It isn't.
Time doesn't accelerate -- things (objects) do. As their speed increases, their time appears to slow down TO AN EXTERNAL OBSERVER who is not going as fast as they are. But to the person (or object) going fast, there is no difference in time.

Time doesn't change, perception of time relative to acceleration changes. Big difference :)
