Why are you reading the book you are currently reading?

I am reading three at the same time, all for different reasons.
Ultra Metabolism: my hubby wants to go on a diet, I want to help him.
Taking Charge of your Fertility: the title says it all.
The Honeymoon: My gym book. It's a thriller.

I am reading "The Science of God"
Basically to further educate myself. It is an eye opener at how well science and the Bible actually go hand-in-hand.

I read books at night while I am in bed, it helps me to fall asleep. I have already read my last book and did not have a book to read , (and I have to have a book to read at night ) so I asked my thirteen year old daughter if she had a good book I could read and she gave me "Heidi"( about the little german girl that goes to live on the mountain with her grandfather) I will say this is probably the best book I have read in a while.

I'm reading "The Parenting Breakthrough" by Merilee Brown Boyak because I'm having some issues with my teenagers and their homework. It's working miracles.

My family and I are reading "The New Testament" because I think its important that my family have that fondation for their lives. It will take us about half the year to read it because we only read two chapters a day Mon-Fri.

Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen for a school project. 24 Girls In 7 Days b/c it looked funny. the 4th book in the Mediator series b/c its the only book in the series i havnt read

Mark Billingham's Lifeless it too is a thriller / psycological suspence/ dectective book I have read the previous 3 and plan to read the 5th as well.

Armageddon Summer by Jane Yolen and Bruce Coville: I am reading this for literature circle at school. (It's really good, you should read it, too.)

Jack's Run by Roland Smith: I am reading it for my book report for school, but I am gonna be done with it today. (You should read the first one, Zach's Lie, and then read this book, too! They are really interesting, and suspenseful!)

Lights, Camera, Amalee by Dar Williams: I am reading this in school when we have to read a book in the morning, and at home sometimes when I have time. (This book is ok, but I don't really recommend it that much...)

It's called Before you meet Prince Charming. I'm reading it cause my friend told me it was good and she wanted me to borrow it. It's a pretty good book. Has good advice.
