I hope not, if it is then I'm wrong. I don't think I'm wrong, I'm a nurse, have won a citizenship award and volunteer for two charities catering for sick children. I do not deliberatly hurt others and prevent others from being hurt where I can. I am in love with a woman who loves me back. What about me is wrong?

'Is it wrong' is a very awkward question. It would depend upon what you consider to be 'right'. Who are you to judge another person or persons actions, as being 'right' or 'wrong'?
I would suggest that being gay, in itself, is not 'wrong'. The ability to love another, is a natural thing. Also, the ability to love another of the same sex is an ability not given lightly, but nontheless is given.

Unless you're a homophobic bigot then no there is nothing wrong with being gay! Just as it is natural for straight people to feel attracted to and fall in love with someone of the opposite sex,it is just as natural for a gay or lesbian to be attracted and fall in love with someone of the same sex. So therefore are you asking if something that feels natural and right to someone is wrong just because others don't agree??

I do not believe so, nor did my partner of 42 years. We are ordinary human beings with a preference for partners of the same sex.
This doe not mean we dislike our "opposits". We just get on with life.
Kind regards, Rose P.

Only if it is wrong to be alive. I did not choose to be gay, I am who I am and who God wants me to be. You are asking if it is wrong to be gay, not whether it is wrong to partake of homosexual acts. Interestingly, some people simply shout "wrong", such as "the Bible says so" without reading the question!

Well, I personally don't think that there's anything wrong with being gay. I'm gay, and I don't think I'm wrong at all. The religious people claim that it's wrong because the "book" says so, but I personally don't believe there IS a god, so I don't believe them. In my opinion, NO, BEING GAY IS NOT WRONG.

Is it wrong to be black? To be white, yellow or green? No. Is it wrong if your favourite colour is blue, or if its purple? It really doesn't matter. Its wrong to question if being gay is right or wrong. It is neither, just as being straight.

No, there's nothing wrong for being gay. Gay is also human they deserve to be loved, to feel needed, to receive love and to give love. They shouldn't be discriminated for what they are!

It is not wrong, especially when you know that these people are born this way. Read the research if you like to know more... It may explain to you why European governments have changed their view regarding gay people.
