It would help if you described the problem a little more, but I think I know how to answer your question.

I'm assuming you have all of the shards of the TT amulet. Now you have to complete the main storyline. Do this by getting all of the balloons on the main island and defeating each boss twice. After beating each level once, you fight the boss. then its the silver coin challenge. In this, you have to get 8 silver coins in each level and win to get the balloon. Do that for each course and you can fight the boss again. it will be harder the next time round.

Once you have 39 balloons (All course ballons + 3 from the genie races +4 from around the island) and all shards of the Wizpig amulet (Earned by beating the bosses on the second fight) you can battle Wizpig by flying into the mouth of his face. There is no guaranteed way to win this. You have to drive flawlessly and hit every zipper you find with a green boost (release the accellerator before you hit it). There are no shortcuts.

After you beat Wizpig, there's a little bonus. Choose the character you used to beat wizpig and drive around where the frogs are. You should see one with a crest. Squash it and you will release Drumstick the chicken from his curse. Now you can use him as a character. He's heavy and fast, but has slow acceleration and poor steering.

Once you've done this, you have to win the tournaments from each of the main areas. These involve racing on each course in the world. Win and you will get a gold trophy. Get all four and you can then use the lighthouse to reach a final world. This is where the TT door is. In order to open it though, you need 47 balloons (The last 8 from the world) and the TT amulet. There is no boss as such; as soon as you beat the main races it's onto the silver coin challenge. Once you have 47 balloons and the TT amulet, the TT door will open. This leads to another door, this one with Wizpig on it. Go through for a final showdoen with the overgrown hog.

This time around, there are no zippers to use. You will need to fly your plane perfectly. To make up for the lack of zippers, there are balloons. Use these to your advantage. If Wizpig gets ahead of you, use a homing rocket to slow him down. Use boosts as soon as you get them with a green thrust (release the accelerator before using the boost). There is a throne room near the end of the course. There is also a shield balloon just before it. Grab the shield ballon and use it as you enter the throne room. If you don't you will be shot down and suffer. There is a boost balloon just after the throne room, but it's difficult to spot. Grab this and use it with a green thrust.

When you beat Wizpig this time round, that's the end of the game, but ti isn't. Now you get to do it again in adventure 2. This is a mirror mode where all of the courses are basically mirrored. It's advisable to unlock TT before you attempt this. To do this, race on each course until you beat a certain time. Then you get to race TT's ghost. Beat it and then go onto another track. Beat TT's ghost on each of the tracks to unlock him. TT has the perfect blend of speed, acceleration and handling, making him arguably the best character in the game. TT is perfect for beating adventure 2.

As I recall, the TT Door is in the Space stage. You go through it for the second race against Wizpig

you just plug in the other controller and when you get to the racing part you and the second player can choose your characters. it just doesn't do it right away, the game is one player until you get to a racing game and a second controller is plugged in. hope this helps :)
