So called salt marshes(salterns) are brackish .Should the sealevel rise and flood permanently,the salinity level will rise to the point of destroying existing plant and animal life

think it will just create salt marshes in different places. Norfolk (UK) is letting the sea back in to some salt marshes rather than try and control the sea. Is it the end, or just the beginning of new marshes?

Well they won't be marshes any more. They'll be completely submerged. End of.
