You could try www.writeups.org they have VERY accurate RPG stats on many DC, Marvel, movies and TV characters.

I'm not sure really, your criteria is quite specific. Just type the word 'archer' into something like google and see what you get.

Look for pictures of Connor Hawke (when drawn/colored corectly, he has darker skin, like Tiger Woods) or look up pics of dark elves/drow
