How do you get missingno in pokemon Emerald?

Alot I mean alot of people told to get missingno in emerald you have to battle picknicker Diana or Annie they will have missingno and when you battle missingno the game will freeze then turn off your game turn it on the go to route 116 and you will be able to find one and cath it. But the problem is Where can I find picknicker Diana or Annie?????????????????????????

Ignore those people. The Missingo glitch has been removed from all games since Pokémon Yellow.
