My husban left 5, months ago and I have tryied to do this by myself this whole time, I am tired of being broke when I get my money, And not having enough is crazy. I wish that there was someway that I could be with my kids more at home. If someone has been through this please let me know. This is a roller coaster ride for me right now. Please help!

This will take some time but over time things will start getting better for you... You may need to work more hours if need be to pay the bills. Seek counseling and help for what you are feeling and going through.

I bet when he was around you were just getting by. Half of just enough is very little. The only way you can do it is by getting a support team. Your mom, sister, or another divorcee in the same situation... NOT A MAN. You need to share the living expenses. Learn the difference between wants and needs and teach your children the difference too. (Please don't tell them "I don't have money for that, because of your dad..tell them "we don't really need that right now) Also make sure that he has them 50% of the time.. after all they are 50% his, why should he be foot loose and fancy free?

Picking up the pieces is NEVER easy of fast. Hopefuly you're getting some support from your ex. If not, I've had friends who rented a room to younger family members or someone who's like family. They get to feel like there "doin it on there own" while they're helping you out, too. More impotantly, give your problem to God! He does answer!

that's what i'm trying to do now and it is hard.you have to cut out the things that aren't required or a necessity for now.you can do it.
