Why is "The Secret of my Succe$s" PG-13?

Why is Michael J. Fox's movie "The Secret of my Succe$s" (1987)PG-13? is it becuase of any inappropriate sex scenes or something like that? I mean it can't be violence! so what exactly happends that is inappropriate?
