Your butt probably won't get any bigger or rounder unless you gain weight or get a job which requires you to remain seated for most of the day for many years. Exercise builds muscle. Muscle weighs more per square inch than fat but takes up less space. Therefore, exercise will make your butt smaller. Lots of guys prefer girls with small butts. Accept your butt as being just right for you and move on.

Do not eat junk food and stuff that will make gain weight because different people gain weight in different places. I think that u should go buy so tight jeans with no pockets. i bought some jeans with the seam down the front of the legs and the had no pockets and it looked like i had a bubble butt. I took them bac 4 that reason.

I think you need to gain weight but in the right places....in your case your butt. My friend after she lost her baby weight her butt was flatter than a hill so she drunk this drink called boost and in like 3 Months. she back to her original weight.

honey seriously all these fools are tellin u to eat but i assume u want an *** like beyonce wit a small waist do squats and lunges and u should find out what kinda exercise Jessica biel has been doin cuz that girl didn't used to have that big *** she has now

It's usually genetic but you can try by sitting more often and doing buttuck exercises for firmness and not just fat.
If you have the money you could get fat injected into your behind area.
You can buy padded underwear. Try on-line.

You need to build up your butt muscles, so try kickboxing aerobics and lots of squats/lunges. Keep at it and you will soon see results. Good luck : )
