As a fact, both players are excellent...however saurav has a better record statistically, as he had players who were in good form...unluckily under dravid's captaincy, key players are not performing..sehwag,sachin,yuvraj and pathan were match winners at ganguly's time, but now, no one is in prime form...Otherwise the Wall would hav been equally good captain..

Rahul Dravid is no where near Sourav Ganguly so far.
Sourav Ganguly is undoubtedly the best captain of India. Bringing him back in the team is by far the most intelligent thing that the selectors have done yet. It makes sense to wait and watch out for the world cup now....

Saurav all the way, he is the most successful captain in the history if Indian cricket, Dravid is too weak, he is a great player, agreed , but one needs leaderships qualities to be a captain, to cut a long story short, Dravid doesn't have the spark, for me Dada rocks!!!

Ofcouse it's Saurav Ganguly. Dravid is not bad too. Bu, till saurav is there he should be the captain. It's not only because of his experience, but also the records and how he maintained his captaincy. He has been a very successful captain. And according to me he should be India's captain in this year WC.

I think both in a way are good.sourav is agressive while dravid is cool head.their style of leading the team is totally different from one another.both in a way have contributed to team performance and uplifting the team's morale.Sourav has been the best captain of indian team,in his captaincy india has recorded most number wins both inside and outside india while it is still early to say about dravid what he can do or not .we should give him some time before forming views about his captaincy. i think the upcoming worldcup will give somewhat clue how beneficial he could be as captain for india.
