as already stated check that you have spark at the plug also if it has not run for a few months drain out all the fuel and fill with fresh fuel, fuel will go stale and filling with a new fuel mix will make a tremendous difference.

Have you tried cranking it with the spark plug removed from the head but still connected and held onto to the cylinder head metal to see if you get a spark? If the spark is good then you are perhaps looking at fuel problems if not electrical components that are past their best before date.. Does your model have a kill switch and if so is it disengaging?

jianfeng, you have been reported to Yahoo for your spam. Now to the question.

Check to see if you have spark. Check to see if you are getting fuel. Check to be sure there is compression. Those three components will make it run. Fix which ever is missing from the equation.

The fuel in the gas line could also have gone bad and gummed up. Clean out your gas line.
