My bf and i have been together for about a month now (and we're not like tweener boopers or nething. lol cause ALOT of these questions from from the youngins)

He has this thing where he wants to be abstinent because...well sex has always complicated his past relationships and he values our relationship and doesnt want it falling apart over something that stupid.

But...i have this idea for valentines day.. I got him a hoodie and i was gonna come over to his place and change into it. then only wear the hoodie/undies(the hoodie is big enough to come ALMOST to my knees) and say something along the lines of.....hey...if you want your present...come get it......

Now..i know most guys would LOVE a challange like that...but..with his whole no sex rule....

I guess what i'm asking is..is it alright to still have sexy moments like that without offending his no sex rules?

I think that would be completely disrespecting his decision. He has made a decision and you would only be tempting him. It might be good for both of you to wait. Sex only complicates things.

You could be a bit more demure. I am older and know now that if you wait longer for sex it's great. He must be sensitive and realizes it is better to get close on the spiritual level . Then if you really have deep feelings for each other....Explosion. Don't push him. Of course if a real long time went by I would wonder about his abilities.

"My bf and i have been together for about a month now" ~
"about" 1 month = 4 weeks = 28-31 days = not long enough to engage in sexual intercourse...

There should be no rush.

why would you compromise your relationship? If he has a no sex rule you are tempting him and if he does do "it". You might lose him. You can still have sexy moments wear a sexy dress, change in fount of him with sexy underthings..but I would'nt tempt him if he does "it" you might lose him.

Dont say something. or in case you go with to, be great effective and mature, it will make you sense more effective. have self belief me
