Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

First stop using Internet explorer. Use Mozilla Firefox. Just search for it in google and download it. It is really easy to switch as well. You can keep all your bookmarks and everything. Its more secure then Internet explorer as well. A good anti spyware program is Spybot search and destroy. And a decent anti virus program is AVG and its free if you get the right version. A few of my friends use it and they dont have any complaints. Also I use zone alarm firewall which is free. That should help a bit. Just do a search for free anti spyware or anti virus programs and look them over before you download anything.

i could. *lol* in case you have been asking for version numbers i could be frightened. yet yeah, that's considered one of those bargains: i do unlike disruptions to my common daily stuff. And getting to grasp an entire new browser and getting THAT safeguard on my laptop could be a disruption. to not point out, my difficult disk drives (i think of I definitely have "2" however the different one might desire to nicely be a logical partition, i'm uncertain) are small-ish. i don't likely have room to run 2 browsers at as quickly as, to any extent further than i will run 2 finished anti-virus courses at as quickly as (firewalls, better crap and all). issues get heavily bloated and then my laptop slows to a death-flow slowly as my significant difficult disk lots up. And nicely, i've got heard Chrome gets heavily bloated, even worse than IE does in some approaches.

I use SpyBot Search and Destroy. It is free. You may also have AdWare and/or a virus. It is best to have multiple kinds of software for best protection.
If you still have problems, star by listing what problems you have with detail and we should be able to find a solution for you.
