If by intangible, you mean things that I can't control, then torture. I am afraid of being tortured to such pain. So actually, generally it would be pain. I fear real physical pain a lot, but not little things like a bruise. I played football. I fear things like bending my elbow backwards. That would REALLY hurt. Or getting my arm ripped off. Stuff like that.
