Nationalism. this is not based on region, but by nation, which means a group of people. a group of people who are both nationalistic to themselves can be from the same region. Loyalty to one's region is known as stupid.

While Nativism is close, I think loyalties to one's region is regionalism (yes, it is stupid, very agreed). It's kinda like nativism, only there can be different regionalists within a nativist group...anyway, the long and the short of it is that regionalism is that answer
