If it is carbureted, I would buy a spray can of startinjg fluid, and spray it into the carb while cranking, if it starts, your problem is the fuel delivery. Also,if it is frozen, and a carb motor, you should be able to have someone pump the gas and be able to see whether it is dumping in fuel or not.

wont crank?....................has nothing to do with fuel...........check to see if your vehicle has a crash sensor..........it will kill power to your fuel pump in the event of an accident........but that still does,nt explain WONT CRANK......check all electrical connection,s ....[ battery, starter, ignition switch, etc.] if your saying crank,s but won,t start..........check for power at the fuel pump. fuel line icing is not much of a problem anymore.....since all the gasoline contain,s 10% ethyl alcohol.
