Gee too bad your son didn't read the instructions before he was born. Your child is not you, your child is not here for you to force into some definition made up by you. Your child is here to be loved for who he is. Please don't have any more children. My heart goes out to your child.

Why? If he's happy the way he is then why change him? My guess, you're the type father who wants to have the star quarterback as the son. The one that all the girls want and that's admired by those "geeky little kids". Don't make your son develop a false identity just because you want him to. Were you the geeky little kid or something?

stop setting the example for him. The simple fact that you would call him a geeky little kid says what kind of parent you are. Why cant you just accept him unconditionally.

you don't!!! you let him be his own person, let him make his own personnality!
he'll turn out smart with a better job than you and I (figure of speach about the job). Respecting kids with who they are will make them respect you as a parent that didn't judge him for who he is. Maybe he's happy the way he is...
