Actually,I don't know what is1386(the file in driveC in my computer)

What would happen....??? MAJOR HEADACHES!!

It's a very important folder and I wouldn't touch it if I were you.

It's involved with all sorts of things from Service Pack 1, to hardware, etc., etc., etc.

Here's the Microsoft web page on it. Take a look at it and determine for yourself if you want to mess with 'i386".

Personally, I wouldn't have a problem deleting it...but that's because I tend to remove Windows entirely from my computer and install Linux. :)

As far as what it is (note: it's I386, not 1386; the letter i rather than the number 1 at the front), here are some good online explanations:

DON'T DELETE IT! 1386 contains many important files for Windows to function. Don't delete it.

Delete it and the next question here will be sent here by snail mail and you that ask "Why did I delete i386. My computer went dead." Leave it along
