If by "login" you mean they have to enter a password then I assume they would have gotten the password from you so then you would know who they are.

If by "login" you mean people who visit your site without having to enter a password, then try www.statcounter.com. It has a free or pay versions. I use the free version and it will not give you personal info about your visitors but tells you what ISP they are using, What city, country they are from, the time they visited, the pages they visited and a few other things.

Your host should provide you with reports on total visits and unique visits with referring urls. If you keep track of what ads you placed, this will tell you which were the most effective. You should have a sign in button and offer something free for signing in. If you have your own server, you can get the IP addresses of the computers that visited your website.
