Well if you plan on getting a Nintendo Wii you can usually find them in any store on Sundays. Every Sunday TARGET and other retails stores take out their stock of Wiis. But if you really plan on getting one you better wake up early that Sunday because the Nintendo Wiis are selling really fast.

Hiya,
there is little chance in my opinion to get a Wii soon in any retail store. As someone else mentioned somewhere all pre-orders will be fulfilled first. If any shop happens to get new stock imagine all the campers who'll sleep in front of the stores or the chaos and then within minutes all will be gone.
Another option - a very secure and reliable one which least know of actually - is to purchase a Nintendo Wii thru any trusted 3rd party seller directly at Amazon. They have good feedback, deliver on time, mostly are merchants themselves simply and Amazon operates as the platform, in fact the purchase is processed directly via Amazon as you would usually buy from them.
You might check it out at
http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FNintendo-LU502934445-Wii%2Fdp%2FB0009VXBAQ%2Fsr%3D8-1%2Fqid%3D1166291892%3Fie%3DUTF8%26s%3Dvideogames&tag=advertiwillbe-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325
and then click on "See all buying options" at the right.
This is actually currently the best choice to get your hands on a Wii at all - without any hassles.
You might also try out ebay:

or Ebay express where only selected and trusted merchants are accepted:
http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-71/1?AID=5463217&PID=1931119&mpre=http%3A//search.express.ebay.com/__Video-Game-Systems_nintendo-wii_W0QQ_nkwZnintendoQ20wiiQQruZQQPlatform7397cc93ZNintendoWiif813746cQQ_fxdZ1
Hope that helps.
Best wishes
Mike

it extremely is going to blow over at the same time as actual each body stops paying for them from the ebay marketeers, or the branch shops start up taking preorders so the authentic Wii shoppers can get them. The ebay marketeers are paying for them in bulk, they provide all their friends to different places and some interior the same area so in reality really one or 2 wiis in preserving with save actual goto people not promoting on them on ebay. So if actual each body boycotts ebay sellers promoting the wii... they don't have a reason to purchase all of them purely to jack expenditures up.. attempt objective on tuesday evenings.

If a store usually has them, then shouldn't you be able to get one.
My advice for you is to keep calling the store every single day every hour to see if any just got in. As soon as they say yes, hurry up and get to the store before it's gone.
