In "Flyboys", what gives it a rating for sexuality?

In "Flyboys", what gives it a rating for sexuality?

Granted I've only seen half of it, but James Franco's character wakes up in a brothel and has an innocent kiss with a girl. Neither of those would be enough for even a notice in the rating warning. Is there something beyond that that is more "racy"?

My only guess is the ratings committee watched a different film. There is absiolutely nothing in Flyboys that is even remotely sexual content to earn that rating.
