I have a problem of travel sickness in all modes of transportation. I am wondering about the effectiveness of using travel sickness bands before I would give it a try. Can anybody tell me please. Are there any side affects of using travel bands.

They are usually supposed to work by acupressure.
Acupressure is.. a bit controversial as for if it works or not.

It may work for some people, but it did NOT work for me...
