If you're asking how to put text like
duties and
responsibilities
into one cell, you need to hold the Alt key when you hit your Enter key and you'll be able to keep it in one cell.

Format Cells
Alignment
Wrap Text
Use Alt-Enter for line breaks within a Cell.

Write in the cell, then double click the edge of it and it should automatically change to fit the text in. (Double click next to the letter of the column, so if you're writing in column A, double click the edge of the box next to the letter A, not the edge of the actual box you are writing in.)

Right click on the cell you have typed in. From the menu that appears click on formatt text, then select the allignment tab and select wrap text.

make the cells wider, go to the top of the page. and, say between the letters A and B click on the line, and drag it wider, will make all the cells in that column wider.
