If you mean healthy then it can be, it depends on the toppings. Stay away from the meats, they have a lot of fat in them. But if you stick with the low fat chesse and the vegetables then you actually have a pretty healthy meal. As for taste, the best pizza I have ever had is new york style pizza. Chicago pan style is too heavy and you usually have to have burnt crust in order to have the toppings hot. Good Luck...

I often regret that as a teenager I refused to taste pizza! That said, I've been making up for those lost years.
If you like bread, melted cheese and tomato sauce, go for it! The only thing I add to the above ingredients is a sprinkling of dry red chili pepper flakes, which add a spicy flavor that's just perfect.

99% of the time, it's heaven on a crust. It's the other 1% when it was made sloppily and over or under done. Otherwise it's awesome!
