Like I mean so that when people go to your blog they see the video or picture already there and for a video all they have to do is press play and for a picture I'll they have to is look!! I'm not sure how and I hope someone in American or not even in America just I hope that somebody knows how to do that!!!

You will get the instructions on how to do that from the people who run your blog page. Since I went looking for your 360 link as a result of a different question, and did not find a link to it on your Q&A page, I conclude that you meant some other sort of blog page and not 360. So you will need to go to your blog page and look around for instructions on how to post a video. You may need to look for FAQ (frequently asked questions) or perhaps there will be something marked "tutorial." Least helpful, usually, is "help." I've rarely gotten anything useful from a help menu.
