As answered in earlier answer about the failure of Sachin, again I would like to mention that World Cup is a different ball game for Sachin If we look at the records of Sachin in World cup, he made his WC debut in 1992 in Australia and then played in 1996, 1999, 2003 WC's, he is the leading run scorer in world cup, leading century scorer along with ganguly and M Waugh, So 2007 world cup is just nearer so the form of Sachin, definitely he will raise his game in WC, remember the game against Pakistan in last world cup, intentionally Sachin took the strike and asked to sehwag to start from non striker end, and played a marvellous innings of 97 to put India on winning track.

Yea, maybe we can consider in that way. Sachin has always been a match winner player and he is always. You see, he always has injuries and then for surgeries. Or else he will never loose form. In the 2003 WC final he had an elbow injury and that's why he could'nt score well. And I hope he don't get any injuries this year.

yeh..certainly he's back..the master knows exactly what he is doing, he was never out of form..he din't take risks b4, bcoz he knew he had a surgery, and needs to win world-cup for his team..dats why his aggressive stroke play has been delayed...but anyways good news to indian fans and india.
