I know how you feel. The thing is he is any where. These are the places hes not at . The islands[1 island throught 7 island] hes not is caves.If you saw him look him up on your pokedex it will tell you where he is. And be prepared when you find him he will try to to escape. Make sure you have a masterball or a pokemon knowing a sleeping move. hes level 50 when you see him.
