I believe you're talking about the episode where the boys buy weapons and pretend to be ninjas.
If you are, then that episode was called "Good Times with Weapons" and it was the first episode of season 8.
Also, at the end of the South Park movie Cartman shot electricity out of his hands that was meant to resemble Dragonball Z as well.

I don't recall them doing a spoof of DBZ there was an episode where all the guys get weapons at a county fair and they think that they are all ninja's and kenny throws a chinese star at Butter's and it gets stuck in his eye - real funny episode
