We're looking for ways to help raise money for the 17th Street Farmers' Market in Richmond, VA. If these are still selling, they could be a nice, low-ticket way to raise some funds. (They already kiboshed my cheeky semi-nude calendar idea.)

An organization I volunteer for tried selling these a few months ago and it wasn't successful - they didn't make back what they invested to buy the bracelets. I think this trend has passed. The group has moved on to candy

If it is for the farmers market - what about selling reusable shopping bags with the market's logo on them?
Search google for :Promotional products shopping bags environmentally friendly and you will get a few results, or you can just go without the "environmentally friendly" part and it might be cheaper.

The only people I still see wearing the bracelets are the ones who are actually wearing them to support the cause (mostly cancer with the original yellow 10//2 bracelets).

Try lottery tickets with a 50/50 split or something like that.

No they're not. I don't think a lot of people who bought them even really wore them for the reason it was meant for.

Not unless they are really cheap ($$$$) and you have at least a 50% profit margin!

They are not as popular as before.
Try recycled pencils with falvors, or anything recycled.

I would say no. I have a few, and I don't wear them anymore.
